So it's cold season, sometimes hard to differentiate between the symptoms of Parisian pollution and the body reacting to virus, but whatever the cause, I'm going to share a series of my mama's natural healing habits which help you curb the cold and naturally heal it so you can avoid pumping your body with pharma drugs and also avoid causing harm to the planet (the non-natural ingredients in our medicines end up in our waterways through our pee, causing harm to wildlife. They're also all packaged in plastic so best to avoid them for little things like colds!).
This natural decongestant is a zinger for cold season, have about three cups a day of it when you feel a cold coming on - or if you're just feeling run down - and it'll kick it.
